From the moment that I spoke to Wanda on the phone I KNEW she was the wedding planner for us! Even though she was our day of coordinator she went above and beyond to help us along our wedding journey. As the bride I was extremely appreciative and thankful when Wanda tackled a to do list I gave her that I just couldn't get to. There were items that weren't in her management services, however she was more than willing to help and alleviated a ton of stress for me by tackling this task. Wanda and Tina were AH-MA-ZING during our big day! Everything ran smoothly and if there were any issues I didn't know about it. We trusted them with all of the directions, decorations, and details we gave them for our big day. Their attention to detail was FABULOUS! And how can you not mention Wanda's GREAT personality, due diligence, smile, and "knows her stuff" attitude....it was a pleasure! Wanda is the most wonderful wedding planner and much better then we could have asked for!! She was with us from the day after we got engaged until the day after we walked down the aisle! She had everything covered. She sent us weekly items to work on with her so we still were involved in all the fun! All the vendors she set us up with were perfect for us and mirrored her professionalism. Nothing could have replaced her for our big day either! She was there to set up, coordinate all our vendors, and clean up after the big event. She was irreplaceable! On top of all her amazing work, she is such a wonderful, kind person and makes everything about the wedding simple and easy. Even our families commented on how amazing her and her team was! We hired Wanda and her team for full service planning. She was there from the beginning to the very end. Because of her our day was fantastic! If there was a problem that occurred during the day my husband and I never knew. The day of her and her team were on top of everything and we didn't have to lift a finger or worry. During the planning process she was a rock star. If we needed her help, she was there for us. We were planning a wedding from Tennessee and she was great helping us find local vendors in Colorado and running errands we couldn't be there to do and if we had questions or needed advice she was always there to guide us. She even let us ship decorations to her house ahead of time and stored them for us. There was a snafu the night before our final venue walkthrough where the caterer emailed us at 5pm and said that they weren't going to be there the next morning for the walkthrough. Wanda went to bat for us and turned into protective mama bear and we had someone there the next morning. I still don't know how she managed it. I can honestly say that without Wanda our day would not have been as fantastic as it was.

The thing we love most about Wanda is that she worked always to de-escalate tension and drama, never amping anything up to more than it should be, and helping us to focus on the right thing. Our wedding turned out flawlessly, the details were in order perfectly, our wedding venues team took leadership well from Wanda and Wanda prepared our vendors appropriately for everything they should expect that day. As a same gender couple, we incorporated many traditional elements; Wanda was adept at navigating every situation, which made us feel comfortable, welcome and confident. She's fantastic and we'll recommend her every time we hear that a couple has gotten engaged in our lives. Thanks Wanda and team!

I couldn't imagine what our wedding day would have looked like if we didn't find Wanda when we did! Wanda at Blue Linden is an absolute lifesaver. We heard of her work through our venue and hit it off on day one-not only is Wanda is amazing at her job, but she is also an awesome person! Speaking of her professional talents-- Wanda is incredibly organized, helpful, and has such great insight on planning a wedding. Being from Wyoming and planning a Colorado wedding, we were unsure of which vendors to use as there are so many decisions to make! With Wanda's help we found the absolute best vendors--photographer, Officiant, hair and makeup team...just to name a few. We had a large wedding party and a big family to wrangle. Wanda was able to help organize and assemble everyone with ease at our rehearsal/walk through and on the day of the wedding so that everyone was where they needed to be at the right place and time which took so much stress off of me and my fiancé. Wanda and her team handled everything on the day of our wedding (setting up decorations, centerpieces, making sure vendors arrived on time etc.) and we never once worried that things were being taken care of 100%. Planning a wedding is such a big task-- having the right team in place to help you out along the way makes all the difference--if you're thinking about hiring Blue Linden, just go ahead and do it! Absolute best investment and decision we made.

We were planning a destination wedding for the mountains of Colorado. In order for the event to not only be spectacular but also a smooth and enjoyable event for all involved we felt we could use some local help and support. My daughter began looking at wedding planners in the Denver area and after much thought, interviews, etc. she had an instant connection with Wanda and we knew she was the perfect person to be at our side. From the very beginning it felt like Wanda was part of the family. She is very personable, delightful, full of energy and enthusiasm not to mention very professional. She helped in so many ways and walked us through the entire process. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch and was completely stress free. I owe that to Wanda and her knowledge of the industry along with her organizational skills. As the mother of the bride I had to worry about nothing which was great. I could enjoy the day and evening and be in the moment with my daughter and family. Thank you so much for orchestrating such a beautiful day for us.

Wanda is an absolute superstar! There is no one else we would recommend to couples planning their special day! We had been to weddings she worked in the past, and her working our wedding was no different. She started working with us well in advance and she made planning a wedding remotely seem easy! She was gracious enough to travel from Denver to D.C., ensuring our special day was what we envisioned and ensuring all of our guests had an amazing night. She ensured all agencies involved in the wedding where coordinated, timed properly, etc, and made sure the wedding venue was perfect! The only thing you need to do after reading this review is hire Wanda - you will not be disappointed!

I have taken some time since our wedding on July 9th, 2016 to think about how each of our vendors did. While most were exceptional, the one that was clearly the best was Wanda. Looking back on the planning and day of our wedding, Wanda took care of anything and everything that my wife and I needed or had forgotten. When things went sour with one of our vendors on the day of the wedding, Trish and I didn't even know it - because Wanda was on top of it and refused to let it affect our day. She was the most caring, kind, and attentive person - who has become a very close friend. Wanda not only made sure the wedding went off well, but went above and beyond what I believe her job description was. She has continued to help us with post-wedding needs, and has answered any questions we had since the wedding. She absolutely deserves a five-star rating - and I would HIGHLY recommend her as a coordinator to anyone!

One of our friends gave Wanda and Blue Linden the greatest compliment- he said he never knew who the coordinator was during the wedding. If you’re looking for someone to insulate you from drama on your wedding day, hire them. If you’re looking for a voice of sanity and reason during your wedding planning, hire them. I’m pretty organized, but they helped me keep sane and feel like everything was manageable.
