Destination Beach Wedding Planner Pricing
We offer beach wedding planning services from A to Z for your Costa Rica destination wedding. Coordination of tropical and beach front weddings range from $3,500 including just a couple of guests to inclusion of up to 50 guest packages that begin at $7,500.
Our package options for a Costa Rica destination wedding can be split into the following three levels of assistance.
Full Planning & Design
This package is for the couple who wants assistance at every step, from finding a venue in Costa Rica to budget management and of course day of coordination support. It provides you with a much-needed local anchor advocating for you every step of the way. We have cultivated relationships with venues, vendors, and everyone needed to bring your big day to life in Costa Rica. This package includes support with details like creating a wedding day timeline, venue research, and recommendations, unlimited communication with our planners, hotel or venue reservations for guests, and contract reviewing. These are only a handful of the options available with our full planning package.
Partial Planning
If you’ve already done a lot of the legwork planning for your wedding (i.e., secured the venue and hired most of your vendors), this package is perfect for you. Our Costa Rica wedding planning experts can assist with the aspects of your planning process that need a little professional support. Whether it’s tips and insight on decor elements or bringing everything together cohesively on your big day, a partial planning package is ideal for couples who have started the destination planning process. This package includes many of the planning and support features included in a full package, with an emphasis on the details leading up to your big day like vendor communication, final walkthroughs and rehearsals, reception set-up and breakdown, and ceremony coordination for both the couple and bridal party.
Wedding Day Management
If you’ve done all the legwork of planning your destination wedding yourself but want professional assistance to keep things on track on your wedding day, this package is perfect for you. Wedding day management allows you to leave the wedding day details to the professionals so you can be present on your big day and enjoy every minute. This option is ideal for couples who are planning a small, intimate ceremony abroad. While the planning may be mostly handled, it can be helpful to have a professional on-hand in the immediate lead-up and on the big day of your wedding. This type of package includes support like creating a wedding day timeline, final walkthroughs with vendors, venues, and catering, and coordination on your wedding day.
