Choose the perfect location. Costa Rica offers many venue options for you to have the wedding of your dreams. Finding a resort or hotel that offers all the amenities can take away the worry of ensuring your guests are taken care of so that you can enjoy your festivities.
Make your travel arrangements and get the necessary documents in order. Don't let a travel snag put your beautiful wedding in jeopardy. Book your flights early and encourage your guests to do the same. At least four to six months before your departure date, check the expiration dates on your passport and driver's license. Apply to renew any expired documents right away!

Be Prepared for the Weather. Check the forecast before you pack. It's important to bring good sunscreen to protect your skin from the tropical sun. Depending on the season, you may also need to pack a rain jacket. The average humidity ranges between 74 and 90 percent. What you need to know about COVID travel restrictions. As of August 1, 2021, fully vaccinated tourists do not require travel insurance to enter Costa Rica. Fully vaccinated travelers must provide adequate proof of vaccination for entry.
