Outdoor Beach Wedding Receptions
There is almost nothing better than an outdoor beach wedding reception!
Something about the warm island breeze, cafe lights strung overhead, and beach-inspired cocktails while celebrating with your closest family and friends is just absolute magic.
When you plan your wedding with me in Cancun, Mexico, this beautiful evening can be yours.
The weather in Cancun in May is perfect for beach weddings. It is warm, sunny, and one of the dry months (less rain storms!). January through June is ideal, actually, but we can find beautiful weather any time of year!
After your ceremony, you and your guests will enjoy drinks and appetizers on the patio. There is always a cool spot to hang out, either under a cabana or umbrella, or in the shade of a palm tree on the sand. You may be able to even dip your feet into the pool or walk in the ocean, while snuggling up close to your newly minted spouse.
After cocktail hour is finished, you and your guests will be seated for a delicious, chef-created meal while you dig your toes into the sand beneath your feet. You can watch the sun set on your wedding day while toasts are given.
You will then share your first dance together under the stars, surrounded by the sound of ocean waves.
We can use beautiful uplighting to highlight the outdoor surroundings, while bringing focus to you and your partner on the dance floor.
The weather will stay warm through the evening, and because your guests will likely be staying at the resort too, there is no stress in getting everybody home safely.
Party the night away and then finish with a gorgeous night portrait before retiring to your luxury honeymoon suite.
