What is Included in Our Wedding Planner Packages
Planning a wedding is a lot of work. Even a smaller, simpler affair takes time, effort, and a whole lot of research. A larger, grander celebration can sometimes feel like planning a circus. Hiring a wedding planner to help with the preparation and execution of your ceremony and reception can take a big weight off your shoulders and a lot of the stress out of planning a wedding while managing all your normal day-to-day responsibilities.
Finding the perfect wedding planner is a mix of looking up local options in the area where you would like to get married and finding someone who has the experience and understanding to enact your vision. The Knot shared a few questions that can be helpful to ask planners you’re considering.
If you’re planning a wedding in Colorado, Blue Linden can help bring your celebration to life. This package includes full planning and decor assistance with unlimited meetings to plan the wedding of your dreams. From creating planning checklists and creating a budget to coordinating your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception, the Full Planning & Design package takes the weight of wedding planning off of your shoulders while creating a wedding celebration that fits your budget and your vision. Partial Planning
The Partial Planning package is ideal for couples who want help planning the wedding but don’t need comprehensive assistance. We can help you create a budget and planning checklists, provide vendor and venue recommendations and research, help you check off some of the decor and logistical tasks, and provide wedding management support leading up to and on the big day.
Wedding Management
If you don’t need help planning your wedding, but would like some day-of support so that you can focus on your friends, family, and soon-to-be spouse, the Wedding Management package is a good fit for your needs. With years of wedding management experience, we can handle the vendor confirmations, your ceremony rehearsal, final walk-through with catering and vendors, reception set-up and breakdown, bridal party coordination, and manage all coordination with vendors on your wedding day.
Hiring a wedding planner is an invaluable investment towards your wedding day.
