1.5 oz. Patron Silver Tequila, 1 oz. Patron Citronage Orange liqueur, 1 oz. fresh lime juice, 1/4 oz. Marachino juice, Garnish with a rose petal

Candied Grapefruit Cocktail

1 oz gin, 4 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, 1 tsp agave nectar, 2 candied grapefruit peels, dash of cayenne, grapefruit wedge and sugar for rimming

1 1/2 oz Tequila, 1 oz Hops Syrup, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 2 Dashes Chocolate Mole Bitters

1/4 cup lemon juice & superfine sugar for coating glass rims, frozen ginger lemonade, 2 to 4 cups vodka, lemon zest curls for garnish

2 ounces bourbon, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 3 sprigs mint

 

Lillet Rose Spring Cocktail

12 oz lillet rose, 12 oz ruby red grapefruit juice, 6 oz gin, edible flower blossoms for garnish

 

Strawberry-Rhubarb Sangria

1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 2 rhubarb stalks cut into 1/2-inch pieces, 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, 1 orange halved and cut into 1/4-inch slices, 1 pint strawberries hulled and quartered, 4 cups chilled seltzer, 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine(Champagne or Prosecco), Ice

1 oz bourbon, 2 dashes peach bitters, 1/2 oz peach liqueur, sparkling wine

1/2 oz pear vodka, 3/4 oz lemon verbena simple syrup, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, champagne for topping off, 1 fresh lemon verbena leaf for garnish
